Chapter II
What Is a Vessel?
✦
A Vessel is a container for something that has no shape of its own.
Fragrance is the oldest key to memory we have. A single note can unlock a decade you thought you had sealed. We build each vessel around one of those keys, and then we trust it to wax—because wax keeps.
It is called a Vessel because it carries. The fragrance is only the surface. Beneath it is the reason it was chosen.
You do not buy a Vessel.
You take custody of one.
